Each of our jobs is overseen by Dave or Mark who will lead a team of builders and specialist trades on site.
We work to agreed construction schedules and liaise closely with everyone involved in the project – i.e. clients, architects, structural engineers, building control inspectors and suppliers. We ensure it is smooth running.
Regular site meetings allow all parties to keep up-to-date with progress and plan the next phases of work.
Our construction teams
Our teams have expertise in all types of building work, including groundworks, bricklaying, structural work, roofing, carpentry, plastering. We also have extensive experience with more technical aspects of construction, such as excavation and underpinning, including full-membrane waterproofing systems and drainage and complex poured concrete foundations. We also work closely with Gas Safe plumbing/heating engineers and NICEIC-registered electricians who can design and install complete house-heating and water systems, including boilers, under-floor heating, and mains boost systems, to ensure top performance.
